What does ST37 mean?
Steel ST37 indicates 37 grade steel and ST57 indicates 57 grade steel and the value (numeral) indicates the yield strength of the steel in the required units which depends upon the code of a country.
Features:
1. After heat treatment, the hardness and wear resistance can be improved
2. Appropriate hardness and good machinability when annealed
3. Their raw materials are common and therefore easy to find,
Surface Treatment:
Clean, blasting and painting according to customer requirements
Application:
ST37-2 is a kind of low carbon steel with carbon content of 0.20%, similar to S235JR or Q235.
It's not as strong as common ASTM A36, but it is also widely applied by everyday uses and structural applications where high strength is not so important.
Packing Details:
1: Sheets covered with waterproof protective packing materials;
2: Then loaded in strong wooden pallets and bundled with strong strips;
3: Well loaded and be transported to the loading port.
The inner size container as below:
1:20ft GP: 5.8m(length) x 2.13m(width) x 2.18m(high) about 24-26CBM ;
2:40ft GP: 11.8m(length) x 2.13m(width) x 2.18m(high) about 54CBM ;
3:40ft HG: 11.8m(length) x 2.13m(width) x 2.72m(high) about 68CBM.
